No injuries after I-90 semi fire
CHAMBERLAIN -- A semi-truck pulling a horse trailer started on fire Monday afternoon, but no injuries were reported in the incident.
South Dakota Highway Patrol Trooper Adam Woxland said flames ignited in the vehicle on Interstate 90, near mile marker 263 in the Chamberlain area. The driver was able to pull off the road and helped his passenger and the horses in the trailer to escape the flames. Woxland declined to give the name of the driver.
Woxland said I-90 in the area was closed for about 30 minutes after the accident. No other information was immediately available.
