Mitchell teen accused of fourth-degree rape
A Mitchell man is accused of fourth-degree rape for committing sexual acts with an underage victim.
Zachary Dilley, 19, was arrested March 19 for the charge, which means the alleged victim was between 13 and 16 years old and the perpetrator is more than three years older than the victim.
The acts occurred between Aug. 1 and Dec. 17.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine.
