A Mitchell man was sentenced Tuesday to three years in prison for selling methamphetamine.
John Bunker, 47, was sentenced during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center.
According to an indictment against him, Bunker sold meth in January in Mitchell.
Judge Tim Bjorkman sentenced Bunker to 10 years in prison, but suspended seven of those years.
He ordered that Bunker repay his court-appointed attorney fees, pay $104 in court costs, $305.80 in prosecution costs, a $1,000 fine and take part in a treatment program in prison.
Bjorkman gave Bunker credit for nine days served in the county jail.
