Man accused of using meth
A Mitchell man is accused of possessing methamphetamine.
Brady Bushby, 25, is charged with possession of a controlled substance, which carries a maximum penalty upon conviction of five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
Bushby was on probation when he admitted to his probation officer that he used meth, according to court documents. Police found residue of meth on a CD case and a dollar bill, both of which tested positive. Bushby told law enforcement he had snorted meth with the dollar bill off the CD case.
Police also recovered bags from his garbage that tested positive for meth. Bushby admitted to smoking or snorting meth several times between April 5 and 8.
