Man accused of releasing horses is out on bond
FORT PIERRE (AP) — A Lower Brule man accused of releasing 37 horses at the Stanley County Fairgrounds is out of jail on a $5,000 bond.
The 24-year-old James Pourier earlier pleaded not guilty to various charges including aggravated assault, destruction of property, burglary, trespassing and injury to animals.
