Wednesday — Pork chop, baked potato, country corn bake, apple dessert.

Thursday — Oven fried chicken, mashed potato, garden peas, fruit cup.

Friday — Chili, grilled cheese, vegetable, salad, apple.

TRIPP SENIOR MEALS

Monday — Goulash, bread, salad, dessert.

Tuesday — Chef’s choice.

Wednesday — Indian tacos, dessert.

Thursday — Scalloped potatoes and ham, roll, dessert.

Friday — Fried fish, potato chips, coleslaw, dessert.

OAK ROOM — Now located at 1800 E. Spruce in the new MTI Campus Center. Reservations necessary. Call 995-3030.

Appetizers: Citrus glazed scallops; crab cakes with cajun remoulade; Hummus with warm pita chips. Soup du Jour: Made fresh daily. Salads: Tossed, caesar, tomato mozzarella.

Entrée Salad: Caesar salad with chicken breast or broiled salmon.

Entrée Sandwich: Grilled chicken breast served with choice of soup or salad.

Entrées: Grilled pork tenderloin; New York strip steak; lobster and scallop risotto; beer battered walleye.

Side Dishes: Grilled asparagus; sauteed seasonal vegetables; oven roasted fingerling potatoes; home cut fries.

Dessert: Daily dessert special.

All entrees are served with choice of one side and freshly baked bread and rolls. Additional sides, appetizers, soup, salad and dessert are available a la carte.
