Monday -- Chicken nuggets, chicken noodle soup, sweet potato fries, peas, applesauce, milk.

Tuesday -- Spaghetti with meat sauce, romaine lettuce, garlic bread, fruit cocktail, milk.

Wednesday -- Tater tot casserole, corn, cinnamon toast, apple, milk.

Thursday -- Scrambled eggs with ham, potato smiles, banana bread, strawberry-banana juice, milk.

Friday -- Chicken ala king over biscuit, green beans, fruit, jello, chocolate milk.

MITCHELL ELEMENTARY

Monday -- Hamburger, sweet potato tots, steamed mixed vegetables, pineapple.

Tuesday -- Tacos, hard or soft shell, Spanish rice, refried beans, steamed corn, applesauce.

Wednesday -- French toast sticks, sausage, tri-tator, syrup, orange slices.

Thursday -- Baked potato bar, ham, nacho cheese, broccoli, bacon bits, sour cream, romaine salad with ranch, fruit cocktail.

Friday -- Popcorn chicken, baked curly fries, steamed peas, peaches.

MITCHELL SENIOR MEALS

Monday -- Chicken salad croissant, pasta salad, steamed baby carrots, pineapple.

Tuesday -- Roast pork, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed asparagus, applesauce.

Wednesday -- Beef stew, steamed rice, coleslaw, orange.

Thursday -- Sloppy Joe, baked macaroni and cheese, steamed green beans, fruit cocktail fluff.

Friday -- Pot roast, oven browned potatoes, steamed peas, peaches, cookie.

TRIPP SENIOR MEALS

Monday -- Country fried steak with biscuits and gravy, dessert.

Tuesday -- Fried fish and chips, coleslaw, dessert.

Wednesday -- Pulled pork on a hoagie, French fries, dessert.

Thursday -- Meatloaf, cheesy hash browns, carrots, dessert.

Friday -- Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, dessert.

Appetizers: Southwest egg roll, Crab Rangoon, BLT dip with garlic toast.

Soup du Jour: Made fresh daily.

Salads: Tossed, petite Caesar, Caprese.

Entrée Salads: Chicken Caesar salad.

Entrées: Filet mignon au truffle; chicken Oscar; Grand Marnier orange roughy; coconut shrimp; crepe Marco Polo; daily chef's feature.

Side Dishes: Asparagus; baked sweet potato; pasta augratin; sautéed seasonal vegetable.

Dessert: Daily dessert special.

All entrees are served with choice of one side and freshly baked bread and rolls. Additional sides, appetizers, soup, salad and dessert are available ala carte.
