LifeQuest holds annual meeting; recognizes longevity of staffers
LifeQuest hosted its 28th Annual Dinner Meeting Thursday at the Highland Conference Center. Twenty-one staff members were honored at the dinner, including six people who have been with the organization for 20 years or longer. Lonnie Callies, Peggy Swift and Leann Waller have been with the organization for 20 years. Gail Denne and Carrie Tesch have been with the organization for 25 years, while Deb Brink marked 35 years of service to LifeQuest.
Outgoing board presidents Scott Kroger and Phil Collins were recognized, and Melanie Mullenmeister and Jeff Smith were welcomed as board members to the LifeQuest Board of Directors.
The LifeQuest Foundation recognized David and Patti Brooks, Jim and Grace Radke and Donald and Barbara Young for their lifetime contributions.
A "This is Your Life" feature on Dale Brondel highlighted his experiences with his guardian, friends from the community and his work in the recent Area Community Theater production of "Grease."
It was also announced that an open house in early 2014 will be scheduled to celebrate the retirement of Executive Director Daryl Kilstrom, who be celebrating 35 years with the organization in February.
