Lecture Series postponed due to weather

Tuesday's scheduled book signing and program at the Dakota Discovery Museum was postponed due to weather.

Lori Holmberg, executive director of the museum, said the program based on Yankton author Marilyn Kratz's book, "Feed Sack Dresses and Wild Plum Jam -- Remembering Farm Life in the 1950s," was rescheduled for 7 p.m. on April 7 at the museum.

The program, part of the Middle Border Lecture Series, will still feature Kratz, as well as a program on feed sack fabric and clothing.

The program is free to the public and refreshments will be served. For more information, call 996-2122 or visit www.dakotadiscovery.com.
