The Tigers have lost four straight for the first time this season.

Kok was also the top scorer for Dordt (12-13, 5-11 GPAC), tallying 18 points and seven rebounds. Kara Van Dyke and Jasmin Schelhaas each chipped in with 14 points.

"It comes down to two things. We need to execute and our basketball IQ needs to get better," DWU women's basketball coach Jason Christensen said. "You have to execute when you are up 10 on the road."

The Tigers (15-10, 8-8 GPAC) dominated the boards, outrebounding Dordt 35-29, but it was the Defenders who shot a better clip from the field. Dordt was 26-of-48, while DWU was 24-of-60.

Wesleyan was led by senior guard Amanda Hart, who scored 22 points. Junior forward Katie Johnson added 19 points and seven rebounds and Kim Johnson had 11 points. The Tigers were 6-of-14 from the three-point range and 16-of-20 from the free-throw line.

The Tigers hit the court again Saturday against Concordia University at 6 p.m. at the Corn Palace in Mitchell.
