Lake Andes man convicted of multiple rapes gets prison -- again
PIERRE (AP) — A South Dakota man convicted of multiple rapes over several years has been re-sentenced to nearly 30 years in prison.
U.S. Attorney Brendan Johnson says 28-year-old James Bruguier Jr. has been ordered to serve concurrent sentences of 354 months, 300 months and 180 months for three convictions.
