PIERRE (AP) — The part-owner of a South Dakota hunting operation has pleaded guilty to interfering with a federal officer who was investigating possible violations of wildlife laws.

Forty-four-year-old James Steckley of Kimball faces up to a year in prison and a $100,000 fine when he's sentenced in January.
