With roughly seven minutes to go Wednesday, the Dakota Wesleyan University fans at the Corn Palace in Mitchell were buzzing about the Tigers' 10-point lead on 10th-ranked Northwestern.

Seven minutes later, as the buzzer sounded, the Tigers had fallen to their Great Plains Athletic Conference foe 87-81. The DWU fans were stunned silent.
