Johnson applauds fed court ruling on country of origin labeling
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- U.S. Sen. Tim Johnson, D-S.D., applauded Tuesday's decision by the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit that reaffirms the legitimacy of the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Country of Origin Labeling (COOL) program for meat products.
