Jail sentence given in meth, marijauna case
A Nebraska man received a suspended four-year prison sentence Tuesday in Mitchell for possession of methamphetamine and marijuana.
Derrake Lee Sebastian, 25, of Towner, Neb., was also sentenced to pay a $700 fine, $104 in court costs and $169.01 in prosecution costs as well as any court-appointed attorney fees.
Sebastian was also sentenced to serve 75 days in jail, but was given credit for 12 days already served.
Judge Sean O'Brien also prohibited Sebastian from consuming any alcohol or drugs.
