Howie says secure border before immigration talk
RAPID CITY (AP) — Independent candidate for U.S. Senate Gordon Howie says the nation should not be talking about immigration reform until it secures its border.
The former state lawmaker from Rapid City says there may be many secondary problems regarding immigration, but the U.S. must stop the flood of illegal immigration into the country.
