Howard mayor wins re-election

HOWARD -- Voters re-elected incumbent Mayor Andrew Dold in Tuesday's vote in Howard.

Dold received 106 votes, or 54.9 percent of votes, said Howard City Finance Officer Donna Klinkhammer.

Losing mayoral candidates and their totals included Donald Arens, 67 votes (34.7 percent); Keith Feldhaus, 16 votes (8.3 percent); and Curtis Dornbusch, four votes (2.1 percent). Dold will serve another two-year term.

A total of 193 voters cast ballots, Klinkhammer said.
