Group: SD has 2nd-lowest drug overdose death rate
WASHINGTON (AP) — A public health group says South Dakota has the second-lowest rate of drug overdose deaths in the nation.
According to the report by the Trust for America's Health, 6.3 of every 100,000 people in the state died from a drug overdose in 2010.
