Gregory woman to face trial for stealing from grain elevator
A Gregory woman accused of embezzling money from the Gregory Farmers Elevator has been scheduled for trial in February.
Melissa Vosika, 29, is accused of stealing more than $17,000 from the elevator while she was the business manager.
She faces seven counts of embezzlement, one count of attempted embezzlement and three counts of altering corporate records. If convicted, she faces up to 10 years in prison, a $20,000 fine, or both for each of those charges. She also faces up to five years in prison, a $10,000 fine or both for each of three counts of forgery against her.
