GLAD YOU ASKED: Stay abreast of MHS activities schedule changes
Q. How can I keep up with the schedule changes for Mitchell High School Activities?
A. Geoff Gross, activities director at Mitchell High School, provided the following response by email.
"I would recommend using our school's activities online calendar to keep up with the latest changes: www.easternsouthdakotaconference.org. On this site you will find the most up-to-date information regarding Mitchell School District activities.
"I would also recommend signing up on the website for the reminders that can be sent via email or text to your computer or phone. Do this by clicking on the 'Notify Me' button on the activities calendar and customizing the events for which you want to be sent reminders. For instance, you can sign up to receive reminders of which events are going on in your child's life. If they have a basketball game or a gymnastics meet, you can customize the system so that every time they have an event, the system will send you an email a specified amount of time or days prior to the event.
"Also, if there is a change to the schedule in the events that you have subscribed to, the system will send you an email or text alerting you to the change, cancellation or postponement. You can also choose the 'subscribe' button and synchronize your calendar with the events your child is in.
"If you have any further questions, you can contact Geoff Gross at Mitchell High School, 995-3034."
