GLAD YOU ASKED: Can Craig Guymon still vote?
Q: Since Craig Guymon was convicted of a felony for voting twice in the June election, can he still vote?
A: No. According to Secretary of State Jason Gant, if a person is convicted of a felony, he or she cannot vote. But that person can become eligible to vote upon completion of his or her sentence. Guymon received a 30-day jail sentence and two years of probation for voting at the polls and by absentee ballot during the Mitchell school board election in June.
