A federal grand jury indicted Touche in February. He pled guilty to the above charge in June.

The charge stems from an incident occurring on Nov. 10, 2012, when Touche was at the trailer house of his niece and her boyfriend. Two individuals were arguing in the bedroom, and Touche confronted the two arguing. Touche grabbed a gun that was by the front door and pointed it at the victim. The victim and another individual were able to wrestle the gun away from Touche.

Touche was immediately turned over to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
