Fort Thompson man gets prison time for assault
A Fort Thompson man will spend nearly two years in prison for assault with a dangerous weapon.
Myron Touche Sr., 44, was sentenced Aug. 26 to 22 months in prison. He will also spend 18 months on supervised release and pay a $100 special assessment to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
A federal grand jury indicted Touche in February. He pled guilty to the above charge in June.
