Fort Thompson man accused of failing to register as sex offender
FORT THOMPSON -- A Fort Thompson man is accused of failing to register as a sex offender.
Kyle Marks, 29, was indicted by a federal grand jury June 12 and pleaded not guilty to the charge July 17.
Marks faces a maximum penalty upon conviction of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
Marks has been remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. A trial date has not been set.
