Ethan man arrested for threatening victim with knife in Mitchell
An Ethan man is accused of drawing a knife on another person outside Village Bowl, of Mitchell.
James Koeshall, 24, was arrested Saturday for aggravated assault, which carries a maximum penalty of 15 years in prison and a $30,000 fine.
According to court documents, a witness heard Koeshall tell the victim he was going to stab him in the neck.
Outside the bar, Koeshall pulled a knife out of his pocket and held it by his side as he spoke to the victim.
The victim saw the blade, court documents said.
No one was injured, but several witnesses saw Koeshall pull out the knife, according to court documents.
