DWU drops season opener to Wisconsin-Stout 35-20

MENOMONIE, Wis. -- The Dakota Wesleyan University football team’s streak of winning its season opener came to an end Saturday.

The Tigers who claimed victories the last three years on the first week of the season fell to Wisconsin-Stout 35-20 in Menomonie, Wis.


DWU jumped on the board first with a two-yard touchdown reception by Anthony Muilenburg from quarterback Jon Bane.
