Daugaard to deliver State of the State speech
PIERRE (AP) — Gov. Dennis Daugaard will kick off this year's session of the South Dakota Legislature with his annual State of State speech.
The governor's speech is expected to start about 1 p.m. CST Tuesday in the state Capitol in Pierre after the House and Senate take care of some organizational details.
