Dakota State to offer MBA program online
SIOUX FALLS (AP) — Dakota State University will be offering its Master of Business Administration program over the Internet.
Officials at the Madison school say the offering can be done without asking for more state money or student fees as they do not expect any additional costs. DSU has a program to award faculty grants to develop courses for Internet delivery.
The South Dakota Board of Regents approved the proposal during a meeting in Sioux Falls on Thursday.
Dakota State says Internet delivery will enable students outside the Sioux Falls area to enroll in the program, help DSU expand graduate education and contribute to workforce development.
