The Davison County Commission will hear again about the county’s jail showers during Tuesday’s regular meeting. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. at the county courthouse.

Corrections Administrator Don Radel will address the commission about the issue at 11:20 a.m. The board of commissioners and jail administration has been working since 2012 to fix a moisture-damaged wall in the jail showers. However, they have been unable to find a contractor willing to guarantee repair work to the showers.

9:30 a.m.: Board of Equalization informational.

10:15 a.m.: Deputy Director of Emergency Management Nathan Wegner, re: Approve HazMat Grant and AED for north building.

10:30 a.m.: Auditor Susan Kiepke, re: Combine precincts for primary.

10:45 a.m.: Gail Hahne, president of Purr & Ruff Rescue, re: Funding.

11 a.m.: Weed Supervisor Clayton Wells, re: Approve new weed employee.

11:15 a.m.: Sheriff Steve Brink, re: Zuercher contract.

11:20 a.m.: Corrections Administrator Don Radel, re: Jail showers.

11:45 a.m.: Miscellaneous motions brought before the board, approve bills, approve timesheets.
