Bunker pleads not guilty to drug possession, distribution
A Mitchell man pleaded not guilty Tuesday during court at the Davison County Public Safety Center to possession and distribution of a controlled substance.
John Bunker, 47, is accused of two counts of possession of methamphetamine and two counts of distribution of meth.
Each charge carries a maximum punishment of 10 years in prison, a $20,000 fine or both.
