Buffalo Gap to house SD Guard unit in training

RAPID CITY (AP) — The Buffalo Gap National Grasslands will house a unit of the South Dakota National Guard during training exercises in June.


The Rapid City Journal reports the unit will be housed in the area near Red Shirt Table Village from June 1 through 21.

This is the first time the Guard uses Buffalo Gap during its Golden Coyote Training Exercise.
