Bill OK'd to let SD lawmakers carry guns in Capitol

PIERRE (AP) — Saying they were afraid of being attacked while on the job, members of a South Dakota legislative committee approved a bill on Tuesday that would allow elected officials to carry guns in the Capitol and county courthouses.
