Attorney: Man shot by police in SD ready for trial
RAPID CITY (AP) — The attorney representing a man accused of threatening Rapid City police officers with a butcher knife says his client is competent to stand trial.
Twenty-one-year-old Elijah White Magpie was shot and wounded by police in February after he allegedly threatened officers who responded to a disturbance at the public library.
