Area students receive FFA Degrees and Stars
South Dakota FFA members will receive State FFA Degree and Star awards at the 85th South Dakota State FFA Convention, set for Sunday through Tuesday in Brookings.
The State FFA degree is the highest degree of membership and requires earned and productively invested at least $1,000 or worked at least 300 hours in excess of scheduled class time or a combination thereof in a Supervised Ag Experience program; demonstrated leadership ability; and completion of at least 25 hours of community service.
