Ag groups talk rail delays with ND regulators
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Officials say delays in agricultural rail shipments go back to the territorial days in the Dakotas but the issue appears worse than it's even been.
North Dakota's Public Service Commission met in Bismarck with representatives from agriculture and transportation groups on Monday to talk about disruptions in rail service for moving grain.
