3 headed to trial in SD mountain lion hunting case
RAPID CITY (AP) -- Two men accused of killing a mountain lion after it had been treed by hounds near Hill City in western South Dakota have pleaded not guilty.
Seventy-one-year-old James Jucht, of Sioux Falls, and 63-year-old David Terveen, of Emery, are scheduled for trial July 18 on misdemeanor charges of violating the conditions of a big game hunting license.
