A group of about 20 people gathered Monday at the base of Ethan’s water tower to dedicate a gazebo made from the town’s former water tower. The cap of the 100-year-old water tower — which was taken down in 2012 — was used to top the gazebo. Nancy Schoenfelder, a town board member, said people from Seattle, Wisconsin, Minneapolis and parts of South Dakota came to the dedication, which included a short program and a ribbon cutting.
